Chia seeds with fresh berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • ½ cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 dates (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Roots of Health® Organic Raw Chia, Whole Seeds

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
