Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves or 2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 dates (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. Roots of Health® Organic Chocolate Protein Mix

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
