Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup berries (blackberry, blueberry and/or raspberry)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 dates (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. Roots of Health® Organic Red Superfood Mix
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon or vanilla powder or extract (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
